MS/HS Announcements

1. Fruit sales band and choir students sold will arrive tomorrow (3/19). Please be at the school at 4:00 PM to pick up your order to deliver. Fruit needs to be picked up and delivered on Friday so ensure freshness for those that ordered.

2. Report card slips need to be turned into the office by this Friday, March 19th.

3. All those who are going to prom, please come to the office and fill out the sign-up sheet for grand march as well as the supper at the legion. Choose between shrimp or steak for $8 per person.

4. After-Prom sign-up sheets are also in the office. Permission forms for all attending need to be filled out, signed and returned by April 23rd. T-shirts sizes are also needed on the after-prom sign up sheet.

5. Current Juniors please hand your registration forms into the envelope on Mr. C’s door by Friday, March 19th.

6. NHS members will pack Easter eggs during Green Time on Tues. Mar. 23 & Thurs. Mar. 25. Check in first, then come to Mrs. Bolie's room.

7. We are planning on starting driver's education on May 17th. The classroom portion is Monday through Friday, with no class on Thursday, May 20th. Class will be from 8:30-3:00 in Gregory. Cost per student is $150 and the deadline for signups is April 30th.

8. Winner VFW scholarship is in the office…applications are due April 1st.

9. Boys State applications are open to all Junior and Senior boys. All applications are online at www.southdakotaboysstate.com. Application deadline is May 1st. Boys State this year runs from May 31-June 4 at NSU. More information will be on the school website and in the office.

10. A reminder that every Friday you can wear a hat for $1. The proceeds from those wearing hats go to NHS and Rodeo Club.

11. Seniors: If you are interested in scholarships please come to the office and check out all that are available.

12. Students: This is a reminder that your computer should not be left in the cold. If you take your computer home, make sure that you take it inside. Do not leave it in a cold vehicle.
