MS/HS Announcements
1. Sign-up sheets for all three summer Winner/Colome Baseball teams are in the office. If you are interested just fill out one of the forms based on the age group you fall into. On Friday the sign-up sheets will be picked up.
2. Students interested in running for Colome FFA officer positions, please fill out the officer application in google classroom. If you are not currently enrolled in an ag class but would like to run for office, please email Mrs. DeJong to get a copy. Students in grades 9-11 are able to apply. 7th grade students, if you are interested in being a middle school FFA officer, the application is posted in google classroom. All applications are due on May 1st to Mrs. DeJong. High school students will interview on Monday May 8th. Be a part of continuing the growth of the Colome FFA Chapter!
3. Job shadowing for Juniors is April 26th.
4. Brain Brawl in Gregory, April 26th for selected 3-8 grade students. 3-5 grade will leave at 8:15, starting at 9:00 (will eat lunch late at 11:50.) 6-8 grade eat lunch early at 11:10, leave at 11:30 with the brain brawl for 6-8 to begin at 12
5. High school academic and athletic awards night is May 1st at 7pm in the gym.
6. Field Day for Elementary is May 3rd starting at 10.
7. Reading Olympics at Winner Elementary originally scheduled for Friday, March 31 has been postponed to May 5th.
8. May 8th - Math contest at SDSMT with selected students leaving at 6:30 am.
9. May 9th- Middle School end of year awards during green time. 10:48-11:20.
10. May 11th @ 2:45 pm - Staff Appreciation sponsored by NHS – in the gym
11. There is a sign-up sheet in the office for driver’s ed. The classroom portion will be on Wednesday May 24th, Friday June 2nd, Monday June 5th, and Tuesday June 6th. The cost is $250. Deadline to sign-up and pay in the office is May 12th. The student has to be 14 by January 1st of this year. 12. Order your 2023 yearbook! Presale of books will ONLY BE ONLINE this year. For a book without personalization, the order form will be available until the end of the school year in May.
